In the unlikely event should you receive a damaged item from us, Kindly inform us immediately via email with details and of the item. Please forward your email to enquires@damaksa.co.za
You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery

Once we receive your email our team will access the damage and respond accordingly.

The item must be returned in the original packaging.

The return courier for the damaged item is at the customers cost.

Damak SA has a strictly no refund policy.
